Our Refund Commitment

JMK Technologies wants you to be satisfied with JMK Remote Test. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued. Last updated: April 1, 2026.

1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase if:

• The service does not work as advertised
• You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
• You accidentally purchased the wrong plan

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days
• VoIP call credits once used
• Partially used subscription periods
• Accounts terminated for policy violations

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@reseller-test.connectdesks.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your licence key and reason
3. We will respond within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from app.reseller-test.connectdesks.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
